Our Guarantee 

All our House Plan Packages come with a guarantee as follows: 

• Refund: if your House Plan Package is not e-mailed to you within the specified shipping period you will be refunded in full.

Shipping Information

All our house plans are drawn to scale, in either PDF (A3 size) or AutoCAD (full size) versions, and will be e-mailed to you via the internet as follows:

• House Floor Plan Reviews: after you have purchased your House Floor Plan Review/s you are sent an e-mail confirming your purchase and your House Floor Plan Review/s, in PDF version, will be e-mailed directly to you; 
• House Plan Packages: after you have purchased your House Plan Package/s you are sent an e-mail confirming your purchase. Once your Floor Plan Package/s, in PDF or/and AutoCAD, is ready it will be e-mailed directly to you. Shipping of your House Plan Package/s will take two calendar weeks from the confirmation of your purchase, unless otherwise stated (refer individual product descriptions for information about specific shipping conditions).
• Custom House Plans: shipping periods do not apply; 

All our house plan ebooks are PDF versions, and will be e-mailed to you via the internet as follows:

• House Plan Ebooks: after you have purchased your House Plan Ebook Chapter/s or Category/s you are sent an e-mail confirming your purchase and your House Plan Ebook Chapter/s or Category/s, in PDF version, will be e-mailed directly to you; 

Conditions of Purchase 

All our house plans are sold under the conditions as follows: 

• There may be some slight differences between the House Plan Image and the House Floor Plan Review. The House Plan Package is based on the House Floor Plan Review;
• The House Floor Plan Review drawings do not have dimensions but you can to use a drawing scale to measure the sizes of the house;
• To order design changes to your House Plan you must first purchase the PDF version;
• Payment for your design changes to your House Plan is required before the design changes are made;
• When buying individual plans you will need to order the Floor Plans Package first;
• The Custom House Plans pricing is based on a floor plan area of 180 - 220 square metres (1,938 - 2,369 square feet); price pro-rata will apply eg floor area less than 180 square metres will receive a pro-rata refund amount; floor area greater than 220 square metres will be required to pay an additional pro-rata charge;
• The House Plans EBook will not necessarly include the images shown on the House Plans Coming Soon page;
• The purchaser of each House Plan is responsible and liable for obtaining site specific/detail design, structural engineering and authority approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Houseplans-ldl;
• Houseplans-ldl reserves the right to resell any of its House Plans unless otherwise agreed in writing;
• All house plan sales are final, there are no exchanges, or refunds once your house plan order has been processed.

• Disclaimer: this information is intended to provide general information on Houseplans-ldl and should not be construed as legal advice. • Terms of Use Statement: you understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
